Habitat for Humanity is a an ecumenical Christian housing ministry dedicated to eliminating poverty housing in local communities and around the world. Simple, decent homes are built using volunteer labor alongside the partner family, which is required to invest a minimum of 300 hours in the project. Homes are then sold to the family with a zero interest mortgage. To volunteer or donate to these efforts, call the Habitat office at (515) 432-1168.
Free will donations will be gratefully accepted. Stop by and learn more about what Habitat for Humanity is all about while enjoying a root beer float.
